The dojo is a separate building, connected to the main house by a covered breezeway. There is a small balcony on the second floor, and a lovely garden with a pond. There is also a storage closet that could be converted to a second bathroom, or yet another (tiny) spare room, if you're expecting a lot of freeloaders! The kitchen is simple, but functional, and the family room features a traditional kotatsu table.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 downstairs. The Tendo Dojo features 6 bedrooms, and one traditional Japanese bathroom (an outer bath, an inner bath, and a separate toilet). Of course, there are also some spare bedrooms for freeloading houseguests! The Tendo Dojo houses the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts, and is home to Soun Tendo and his three daughters, Kasumi, Nabiki, and Akane.
